Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your MaxPrep account even if you no longer have the app.
Send a request
Write from the email address on your MaxPrep account. Tell us you want to delete your account. Do not send your password or card details.
We will check that the account is yours before deleting it, and answer within thirty days.

Your account, name, email address, answers, results, plan and saved questions. Your subscription access ends. Deletion cannot be undone.
Payment records stay for the required accounting period, without a link to your MaxPrep account. Deleted data may remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
If you still have the app
Open Me, then Delete my account. The app shows what will go and asks you to confirm before it deletes anything.
